Out-of-bounds Read Affecting python3-perf-debuginfo package, versions <0:4.18.0-553.164.1.el8_10

The vulnerable component is not bound to the network stack and the attacker's path is via read/write/execute capabilities.

A successful attack depends on conditions beyond the attacker's control.
