How to fix?

Upgrade Rocky-Linux:8 rubygem-pg to version 0:1.0.0-2.module+el8.3.0+167+5c390590 or higher.
This issue was patched in RLSA-2019:1972.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream rubygem-pg package and not the rubygem-pg package as distributed by Rocky-Linux. See How to fix? for Rocky-Linux:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

An issue was discovered in RubyGems 2.6 and later through 3.0.2. A crafted gem with a multi-line name is not handled correctly. Therefore, an attacker could inject arbitrary code to the stub line of gemspec, which is eval-ed by code in ensure_loadable_spec during the preinstall check.
