How to fix?

Upgrade Rocky-Linux:8 scipy-debugsource to version 0:1.3.1-4.module+el8.4.0+570+c2eaf144 or higher.
This issue was patched in RLSA-2020:4641.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream scipy-debugsource package and not the scipy-debugsource package as distributed by Rocky-Linux. See How to fix? for Rocky-Linux:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

PyYAML 5.1 through 5.1.2 has insufficient restrictions on the load and load_all functions because of a class deserialization issue, e.g., Popen is a class in the subprocess module. NOTE: this issue exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2017-18342.
