How to fix?

Upgrade Rocky-Linux:8 skopeo-tests to version 2:1.14.6-2.module+el8.10.0+40223+e940a224 or higher.

SSH servers which use CertChecker as a public key callback without setting IsUserAuthority or IsHostAuthority could be caused to panic by a client presenting a certificate. CertChecker now returns an error instead of panicking when these callbacks are nil.
