Upgrade Rocky-Linux:8 slf4j to version 0:1.7.28-3.module+el8.3.0+134+f7791fe0 or higher.
This issue was patched in RLSA-2022:1860.

Apache HttpClient versions prior to version 4.5.13 and 5.0.3 can misinterpret malformed authority component in request URIs passed to the library as java.net.URI object and pick the wrong target host for request execution.
