Upgrade Rocky-Linux:8 tcpdump-debugsource to version 14:4.9.3-1.el8 or higher.
This issue was patched in RLSA-2020:4760.

The SMB parser in tcpdump before 4.9.3 has stack exhaustion in smbutil.c:smb_fdata() via recursion.
