Upgrade Rocky-Linux:8 toolbox-debuginfo to version 0:0.0.99.5.1-1.module+el8.10.0+40087+cfe9c127.rocky.0.2 or higher.

Previously, a revoked 'SignatureKey' belonging to a CA was not correctly checked for revocation. Now, both the 'key' and 'key.SignatureKey' are checked for @revoked.
