Upgrade Rocky-Linux:8 webkit2gtk3-devel-debuginfo to version 0:2.46.3-1.el8_10 or higher.

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream webkit2gtk3-devel-debuginfo package and not the webkit2gtk3-devel-debuginfo package as distributed by Rocky-Linux.

The issue was addressed by adding additional logic. This issue is fixed in tvOS 17.5, iOS 16.7.8 and iPadOS 16.7.8, visionOS 1.2, Safari 17.5, iOS 17.5 and iPadOS 17.5, watchOS 10.5, macOS Sonoma 14.5. A maliciously crafted webpage may be able to fingerprint the user.
