Out-of-bounds Write Affecting glibc-langpack-li package, versions <0:2.34-272.el9_8

The vulnerable component is not bound to the network stack and the attacker's path is via read/write/execute capabilities.

A successful attack depends on conditions beyond the attacker's control.
