NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream mod_http2-debugsource package and not the mod_http2-debugsource package as distributed by Rocky-Linux. See How to fix? for Rocky-Linux:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

HTTP/2 incoming headers exceeding the limit are temporarily buffered in nghttp2 in order to generate an informative HTTP 413 response. If a client does not stop sending headers, this leads to memory exhaustion.
