How to fix?

Upgrade Rocky-Linux:9 nginx-debuginfo to version 1:1.22.1-3.module+el9.2.0+15280+45c505d6.1 or higher.
This issue was patched in RLSA-2023:6120.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream nginx-debuginfo package and not the nginx-debuginfo package as distributed by Rocky-Linux. See How to fix? for Rocky-Linux:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

The HTTP/2 protocol allows a denial of service (server resource consumption) because request cancellation can reset many streams quickly, as exploited in the wild in August through October 2023.
