Arbitrary Command Injection Affecting rubygem-bigdecimal-debuginfo package, versions <0:4.0.1-34.module+el9.8.0+40271+b5850c84

The vulnerable component is not bound to the network stack and the attacker's path is via read/write/execute capabilities.
