NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream tigervnc-server-minimal package and not the tigervnc-server-minimal package as distributed by Rocky-Linux. See How to fix? for Rocky-Linux:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

A flaw was found in the X Record extension. The RecordSanityCheckRegisterClients function does not check for an integer overflow when computing request length, which allows a client to bypass length checks.
