Upgrade Rocky-Linux:9 tigervnc-server-minimal-debuginfo to version 0:1.14.1-8.el9_6 or higher.

A flaw was found in the RandR extension, where the RRChangeProviderProperty function does not properly validate input. This issue leads to an integer overflow when computing the total size to allocate.
