NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream json-c package and not the json-c package as distributed by Ubuntu.

json-c through 0.14 has an integer overflow and out-of-bounds write via a large JSON file, as demonstrated by printbuf_memappend.
