Upgrade Ubuntu:12.04 postgresql-8.4 to version 8.4.22-0ubuntu0.12.04 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream postgresql-8.4 package and not the postgresql-8.4 package as distributed by Ubuntu. See How to fix? for Ubuntu:12.04 relevant fixed versions and status.

The "make check" command for the test suites in PostgreSQL 9.3.3 and earlier does not properly invoke initdb to specify the authentication requirements for a database cluster to be used for the tests, which allows local users to gain privileges by leveraging access to this cluster.
