Upgrade Ubuntu:12.10 chromium-browser to version 30.0.1599.114-0ubuntu0.12.10.2 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream chromium-browser package and not the chromium-browser package as distributed by Ubuntu. See How to fix? for Ubuntu:12.10 relevant fixed versions and status.

Google Chrome before 30.0.1599.66 uses incorrect function calls to determine the values of NavigationEntry objects, which allows remote attackers to spoof the address bar via vectors involving a response with a 204 (aka No Content) status code.
