How to fix?

Upgrade Ubuntu:13.04 libvirt to version 1.0.2-0ubuntu11.13.04.4 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libvirt package and not the libvirt package as distributed by Ubuntu. See How to fix? for Ubuntu:13.04 relevant fixed versions and status.

The virBitmapParse function in util/virbitmap.c in libvirt before 1.1.2 allows context-dependent attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read and crash) via a crafted bitmap, as demonstrated by a large nodeset value to numatune.
