How to fix?

Upgrade Ubuntu:14.04 grub2-signed to version 1.34.22 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream grub2-signed package and not the grub2-signed package as distributed by Ubuntu. See How to fix? for Ubuntu:14.04 relevant fixed versions and status.

In grub2 versions before 2.06 the grub memory allocator doesn't check for possible arithmetic overflows on the requested allocation size. This leads the function to return invalid memory allocations which can be further used to cause possible integrity, confidentiality and availability impacts during the boot process.
