NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream matrixssl package and not the matrixssl package as distributed by Ubuntu. See How to fix? for Ubuntu:14.04 relevant fixed versions and status.

MatrixSSL version 3.7.2 adopts a collision-prone OID comparison logic resulting in possible spoofing of OIDs (e.g. in ExtKeyUsage extension) on X.509 certificates.
