How to fix?

Upgrade Ubuntu:14.04 python-rsa to version 3.1.2-1ubuntu0.1+esm1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream python-rsa package and not the python-rsa package as distributed by Ubuntu. See How to fix? for Ubuntu:14.04 relevant fixed versions and status.

Python-RSA before 4.1 ignores leading '\0' bytes during decryption of ciphertext. This could conceivably have a security-relevant impact, e.g., by helping an attacker to infer that an application uses Python-RSA, or if the length of accepted ciphertext affects application behavior (such as by causing excessive memory allocation).
