NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream imlib2 package and not the imlib2 package as distributed by Ubuntu. See How to fix? for Ubuntu:16.04 relevant fixed versions and status.

Integer overflow in imlib2 before 1.4.9 on 32-bit platforms allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via large dimensions in an image, which triggers an out-of-bounds heap memory write operation.
