Upgrade Ubuntu:16.04 opencv to version 2.4.9.1+dfsg-1.5ubuntu1.1 or higher.
NVD Description
Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream opencv package and not the opencv package as distributed by Ubuntu.
See How to fix? for Ubuntu:16.04 relevant fixed versions and status.
In opencv/modules/imgcodecs/src/utils.cpp, functions FillUniColor and FillUniGray do not check the input length, which can lead to integer overflow. If the image is from remote, may lead to remote code execution or denial of service. This affects Opencv 3.3 and earlier.
