NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream ruby2.3 package and not the ruby2.3 package as distributed by Ubuntu.

Type confusion exists in _cancel_eval Ruby's TclTkIp class method. Attacker passing different type of object than String as "retval" argument can cause arbitrary code execution.
