Upgrade Ubuntu:18.04 c-ares to version 1.14.0-1ubuntu0.2 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream c-ares package and not the c-ares package as distributed by Ubuntu. See How to fix? for Ubuntu:18.04 relevant fixed versions and status.

A flaw was found in the c-ares package. The ares_set_sortlist is missing checks about the validity of the input string, which allows a possible arbitrary length stack overflow. This issue may cause a denial of service or a limited impact on confidentiality and integrity.
