How to fix?

There is no fixed version for Ubuntu:18.04 nagios-nrpe.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream nagios-nrpe package and not the nagios-nrpe package as distributed by Ubuntu. See How to fix? for Ubuntu:18.04 relevant fixed versions and status.

Nagios NRPE 3.2.1 has Insufficient Filtering because, for example, nasty_metachars interprets \n as the character \ and the character n (not as the \n newline sequence). This can cause command injection.
