NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream pillow package and not the pillow package as distributed by Ubuntu. See How to fix? for Ubuntu:18.04 relevant fixed versions and status.

An issue was discovered in Pillow before 8.2.0. For FLI data, FliDecode did not properly check that the block advance was non-zero, potentially leading to an infinite loop on load.
