NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libjpeg9 package and not the libjpeg9 package as distributed by Ubuntu.

The cjpeg utility in libjpeg allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (NULL pointer dereference and application crash) or execute arbitrary code via a crafted file.
