CVE-2019-19923 Open this link in a new tabHow to fix?
Upgrade Ubuntu:19.10
sqlite3
to version 3.29.0-2ubuntu0.2 or higher.
NVD Description
Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream sqlite3
package and not the sqlite3
package as distributed by Ubuntu
.
See How to fix?
for Ubuntu:19.10
relevant fixed versions and status.
flattenSubquery in select.c in SQLite 3.30.1 mishandles certain uses of SELECT DISTINCT involving a LEFT JOIN in which the right-hand side is a view. This can cause a NULL pointer dereference (or incorrect results).
