How to fix?

Upgrade Ubuntu:20.04 python-flask-cors to version 3.0.8-2ubuntu0.1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream python-flask-cors package and not the python-flask-cors package as distributed by Ubuntu. See How to fix? for Ubuntu:20.04 relevant fixed versions and status.

An issue was discovered in Flask-CORS (aka CORS Middleware for Flask) before 3.0.9. It allows ../ directory traversal to access private resources because resource matching does not ensure that pathnames are in a canonical format.
