NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libspreadsheet-parsexlsx-perl package and not the libspreadsheet-parsexlsx-perl package as distributed by Ubuntu. See How to fix? for Ubuntu:22.04 relevant fixed versions and status.

The Spreadsheet::ParseXLSX package before 0.30 for Perl allows XXE attacks because it neglects to use the no_xxe option of XML::Twig.
