How to fix?

Upgrade Ubuntu:22.10 openssl to version 1.0.1f-1ubuntu9 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream openssl package and not the openssl package as distributed by Ubuntu. See How to fix? for Ubuntu:22.10 relevant fixed versions and status.

The SSL protocol 3.0, as used in OpenSSL through 1.0.1i and other products, uses nondeterministic CBC padding, which makes it easier for man-in-the-middle attackers to obtain cleartext data via a padding-oracle attack, aka the "POODLE" issue.
