There is no fixed version for Ubuntu:26.04 dnsmasq.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream dnsmasq package and not the dnsmasq package as distributed by Ubuntu. See How to fix? for Ubuntu:26.04 relevant fixed versions and status.

A flow has been identified into dnssec.c library, causing an infinite loop to dnsmasq service. An attacker who controls any DNSSEC-signed zone can hang the dnsmasq process with a single crafted response, killing all DNS resolution for its clients.
