Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Check for Unusual or Exceptional Conditions via the S_parse_uniprop_string function in regcomp.c. An attacker can write to unallocated space, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution or causing a denial of service, by providing a specially crafted property name within a \p{...} regular expression construct. Note: CVE-2023-47100 was rejected by the CVE List.
