CVE-2024-24787 Affecting kubernetes-csi-external-resizer-1.10 package, versions <1.10.1-r4

The vulnerable component is not bound to the network stack and the attacker's path is via read/write/execute capabilities.

A successful attack depends on conditions beyond the attacker's control.
