How to fix?

Upgrade Alpine:3.13 apache2 to version 2.4.35-r0 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream apache2 package and not the apache2 package as distributed by Alpine. See How to fix? for Alpine:3.13 relevant fixed versions and status.

In Apache HTTP Server 2.4.17 to 2.4.34, by sending continuous, large SETTINGS frames a client can occupy a connection, server thread and CPU time without any connection timeout coming to effect. This affects only HTTP/2 connections. A possible mitigation is to not enable the h2 protocol.
