How to fix?

Upgrade Alpine:3.19 dnsmasq to version 2.78-r0 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream dnsmasq package and not the dnsmasq package as distributed by Alpine. See How to fix? for Alpine:3.19 relevant fixed versions and status.

Memory leak in dnsmasq before 2.78, when the --add-mac, --add-cpe-id or --add-subnet option is specified, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (memory consumption) via vectors involving DNS response creation.
