How to fix?

Upgrade Alpine:3.20 exim to version 4.94.2-r0 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream exim package and not the exim package as distributed by Alpine. See How to fix? for Alpine:3.20 relevant fixed versions and status.

Exim 4 before 4.94.2 has Improper Initialization that can lead to recursion-based stack consumption or other consequences. This occurs because use of certain getc functions is mishandled when a client uses BDAT instead of DATA.
