Upgrade Alpine:3.20 grafana to version 6.3.4-r0 or higher.

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream grafana package and not the grafana package as distributed by Alpine. See How to fix? for Alpine:3.20 relevant fixed versions and status.

In Grafana 2.x through 6.x before 6.3.4, parts of the HTTP API allow unauthenticated use. This makes it possible to run a denial of service attack against the server running Grafana.
