How to fix?

Upgrade Alpine:3.20 perl to version 5.30.3-r0 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream perl package and not the perl package as distributed by Alpine. See How to fix? for Alpine:3.20 relevant fixed versions and status.

Perl before 5.30.3 has an integer overflow related to mishandling of a "PL_regkind[OP(n)] == NOTHING" situation. A crafted regular expression could lead to malformed bytecode with a possibility of instruction injection.
