Upgrade Alpine:3.21 ffmpeg to version 4.1.4-r0 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream ffmpeg package and not the ffmpeg package as distributed by Alpine. See How to fix? for Alpine:3.21 relevant fixed versions and status.

aa_read_header in libavformat/aadec.c in FFmpeg before 3.2.14 and 4.x before 4.1.4 does not check for sscanf failure and consequently allows use of uninitialized variables.
