Upgrade Alpine:3.21 python3 to version 3.9.5-r0 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream python3 package and not the python3 package as distributed by Alpine. See How to fix? for Alpine:3.21 relevant fixed versions and status.

In Python before 3,9,5, the ipaddress library mishandles leading zero characters in the octets of an IP address string. This (in some situations) allows attackers to bypass access control that is based on IP addresses.
