How to fix?

Upgrade Alpine:3.21 sudo to version 1.8.28-r0 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream sudo package and not the sudo package as distributed by Alpine. See How to fix? for Alpine:3.21 relevant fixed versions and status.

In Sudo before 1.8.28, an attacker with access to a Runas ALL sudoer account can bypass certain policy blacklists and session PAM modules, and can cause incorrect logging, by invoking sudo with a crafted user ID. For example, this allows bypass of !root configuration, and USER= logging, for a "sudo -u #$((0xffffffff))" command.
