How to fix?

Upgrade Alpine:3.21 texlive to version 20230506.66984-r0 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream texlive package and not the texlive package as distributed by Alpine. See How to fix? for Alpine:3.21 relevant fixed versions and status.

LuaTeX before 1.17.0 allows execution of arbitrary shell commands when compiling a TeX file obtained from an untrusted source. This occurs because luatex-core.lua lets the original io.popen be accessed. This also affects TeX Live before 2023 r66984 and MiKTeX before 23.5.
