How to fix?

Upgrade Alpine:3.21 znc to version 1.7.1-r0 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream znc package and not the znc package as distributed by Alpine. See How to fix? for Alpine:3.21 relevant fixed versions and status.

ZNC before 1.7.1-rc1 does not properly validate untrusted lines coming from the network, allowing a non-admin user to escalate his privilege and inject rogue values into znc.conf.
