NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libmatroska package and not the libmatroska package as distributed by Alpine. See How to fix? for Alpine:3.3 relevant fixed versions and status.

The KaxInternalBlock::ReadData function in libMatroska before 1.4.4 allows context-dependent attackers to obtain sensitive information from process heap memory via crafted EBML lacing, which triggers an invalid memory access.
