NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libvirt package and not the libvirt package as distributed by Alpine. See How to fix? for Alpine:3.3 relevant fixed versions and status.

libvirt before 2.0.0 improperly disables password checking when the password on a VNC server is set to an empty string, which allows remote attackers to bypass authentication and establish a VNC session by connecting to the server.
