How to fix?

Upgrade Alpine:3.9 drupal7 to version 7.67-r0 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream drupal7 package and not the drupal7 package as distributed by Alpine. See How to fix? for Alpine:3.9 relevant fixed versions and status.

The PharStreamWrapper (aka phar-stream-wrapper) package 2.x before 2.1.1 and 3.x before 3.1.1 for TYPO3 does not prevent directory traversal, which allows attackers to bypass a deserialization protection mechanism, as demonstrated by a phar:///path/bad.phar/../good.phar URL.
