Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2023 containerd-stress-debuginfo to version 0:2.1.4-1.amzn2023.0.2 or higher.

The Reader.ReadResponse function constructs a response string through repeated string concatenation of lines. When the number of lines in a response is large, this can cause excessive CPU consumption.
