How to fix?

Upgrade Chainguard firefox-esr to version 128.7.0-r0 or higher.

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream firefox-esr package and not the firefox-esr package as distributed by Chainguard. See How to fix? for Chainguard relevant fixed versions and status.

Certificate length was not properly checked when added to a certificate store. In practice only trusted data was processed. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 135, Firefox ESR < 128.7, Thunderbird < 128.7, and Thunderbird < 135.
